A Figure: 700 in Fukushima NPP

700 millisieverts per hour...
"In Japan, 100 millisieverts is seen as the annual maximum permissible dose for those engaged in emergency repair work. But the current emergency situation has prompted raising the limit to 250 millisieverts."

What it means? Well, for now, it is impossible to work in the plantwithout being in great danger.
Or not totally impossible?
70 millisieverts per hour is safe... with less than four hours a year per worker... Workers needed.
